All the applicants have the possibility to appeal against the selection decision made by the SpaceMed Selection Committee.
The non-selected applicants will receive an email of refusal with the instructions for the appeal procedure. An appeal must be submitted within two weeks of notification of this decision by email to the SpaceMed secretariat (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). The sender will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. The appeal will then be investigated by the Coordinator and Consortium. Within 4 weeks after having received the appeal, the appealer will receive the outcome of the appeal with the reasons for rejection or acceptation.
Your letter of appeal must contain the following information:
- the header of your e-mail must state "Appeal"
- First name/Last name
- Your address
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- Application number
- Description of the reason for the appeal
- Proof of supporting documents (if applicable)
